Route Conversion File Layout

Data can be in any of the following formats:

• ASCII comma delimited
• ASCII tab delimited
• Excel spreadsheet
• MS Word document
• Access database

A clear printed hardcopy report on a laser printer (not recommended) can also be used if an electronic format is not available.

• Bus schedules with bus stop descriptions or bus stop numbers in sequential order of pickup/dropoff, clearly defining schools serviced by each route. Include start time and driver name if possible.
• List of all riders with Student ID Number, AM Stop Description, PM Stop Description.
• Passenger Lists with bus stop descriptions or bus stop numbers in sequential order of pickup/dropoff, clearly defining the students at each stop by their studentid number and/or student name.

Please note: All of these reports must also be provided with a printed version sent to us for verification.
