Route Conversion File Layout
Data can be in any of the following formats:
- ASCII comma delimited
- ASCII tab delimited
- Excel spreadsheet
- MS Word document
- Access database
A clear printed hardcopy report on a laser printer (not recommended) can also be
used if an electronic format is not available.

Bus schedules with bus stop descriptions or bus stop numbers in sequential
order of pickup/dropoff, clearly defining schools serviced by each route.
Include start time and driver name if possible.

List of all riders with Student ID Number, AM Stop Description, PM Stop
Description.

Passenger Lists with bus stop descriptions or bus stop numbers in
sequential order of pickup/dropoff, clearly defining the students
at each stop by their studentid number and/or student name.
Please note: All of these reports must also be provided with a printed version
sent to us for verification.
